Job Description

To supervise, support and cultivate a high sales and service culture to ensure customer satisfaction as well as coordinate the delivery of excellent service through effective leadership and management of all available resources.

Qualifications

First Degree in Commerce or related field

3-4 years Experience:

  • Knowledge in report analysis, strategic planning, decision making and performance management.
  • Leadership, Mentorship, and people management skills.
  • Understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to customer service, query management, sales generation and customer retention.
  • Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the bank and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Good negotiation, diplomacy and team building skills.
