Job Description

To sell short term personal line insurance products in the sales contact centre in accordance with the business needs. To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric with NQF 5 Qualification
  • Full FAIS Short Term Insurance Qualification.
  • Completed Regulatory Examination 5 
  • Short Term COP & CPD

Experience

  • 1 year sales experience in a contact center environment.
  •  Short term and long term experience or Short term experience only.
  • Insurance sales experience (advantage)
