  • Plus £8,700 on target earnings

The Team & Role

The SDR plays a crucial role within the Stampede sales team. SDR’s are responsible for identifying prospective businesses that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before executing targeted outreach plans to qualify, engage and generate an agreed number of new sales opportunities (product demonstrations) each month. 

SDR’s possess the highest level of communication skills and are natural at building relationships with people from all walks of life. The most successful SDR’s are autonomous, goal-oriented and highly adaptable. 

Within the first three months, SDR's complete a best-in-class, in-house training program. Our SDR's are both supported and challenged by their colleagues, and they work collaboratively with all departments to achieve success in their roles.

Once an SDR has mastered their craft, they will have the opportunity to path their career into either an Account Executive (closing) role or into an SDR leadership position. 

What You Will Do:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

  • Use prospecting tools and techniques to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with potential customers.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualification:

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with the Stampede’s ICP.

  • Generate product demos/sales opportunities

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance messaging and product positioning.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.

 

    Qualifications

    Who You Are 

    • You have a minimum of 1-year sales experience (ideally)

    • You are motivated by quota, and are autonomous towards achieving your goals

    • You are highly organised and are comfortable with managing and prioritising tasks

    • You have experience of using a CRM system such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive

    • Are keen to utilise platforms such as LinkedIn to engage in social selling practices

    • You can clearly articulate yourself via telephone, email and messaging platforms

    • You can overcome objections, embrace rejection and smile in the face of adversity

    • Have the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate the benefits effectively 

    • You have an inherent passion for software innovation and technology
