A Human Resource Manager with experience in Business Development
- Ability to manage staff welfare
- Ensure policies and procedures are developed and implemented.
- Ensure legal / regulatory compliance
- Must be ready and able to push up sales
- Must come up with a business plan to ensure the growth of the organization
- In charge of compensation and benefits of staff
- Update staff records and information.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in an HR role
- B.sc in Human Resource or other related discipline
- Must be business intelligent with an understanding of business development
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Problem solver and proactive
- Excellent use of Microsoft office application
Salary range: #50,000 - #70,000
