Job Description

A Human Resource Manager with experience in Business Development

  • Ability to manage staff welfare
  • Ensure policies and procedures are developed and implemented.
  • Ensure legal / regulatory compliance
  • Must be ready and able to push up sales
  • Must come up with a business plan to ensure the growth of the organization
  • In charge of compensation and benefits of staff
  • Update staff records and information.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an HR role
  • B.sc in Human Resource or other related discipline
  • Must be business intelligent with an understanding of business development
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage
  • Problem solver and proactive
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office application

Salary range: #50,000 - #70,000
