We have 7 immediate openings for a hotel in the Lancaster area! We are seeking Front Desk Agents and Housekeepers for full time openings. The positions are located near the Rockvale and Tanger Outlets in Lancaster PA. No experience is needed. Applicants MUST have an excellent work attendance history and must pass a background check.

The Front Desk Agents will work 5 days per week, including weekends. The shifts are 11am-7pm OR 3pm-10pm.

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests
• answering phones
• making reservations
• showing guests to their room
• printing receipts
• providing excellent customer service

The Housekeepers will work 5 days per week, including weekends. The shifts are 8am-3pm.

Housekeeper Responsibilities include:

• cleaning hotel rooms
• supply orders
• customer service

The Front Desk Agents and Housekeepers MUST have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• ability to pass a background check
• desire to work weekends
• excellent attendance record at previous places of employment
• strong attention to detail
• the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• customer service oriented with a positive attitude
