We are currently seeking a Fiscal Technician for our Lancaster County client! The Fiscal Technician will be responsible for bookkeeping – accounting work involving State/Federal regulations. They are primarily responsible for IV-E eligibility, adoptions/SPLA regulations and Social Security.

The Fiscal Technician MUST:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years  handling maintenance of Fiscal / Fiscal records
• Possess a minimum of 1 year involving application or fiscal principles
• Possess strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Possess the ability to conceptualize various components of federal programs.
• Possess the ability to interpret State / Federal regulations & guidelines
• Possess a cooperative attitude and the ability to coordinate duties between other departments
• Be able to work independently and make sound fiscal judgments

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.  Some travel may be required.

A PA Childline, PSP Criminal History and FBI background check will be required. This position is paying between $11-14 / hr DOE
