The Project Foreman will be experienced in the concrete industry with a solid understanding of all the concrete construction processes. The position will need to exhibit leadership skills as this position will manage both job sites and personnel.

 

The project Foreman will actively participate in the construction process while maintaining the level of participation and productivity of the Laborers and finishers assigned to the project. The Project Foreman is also charged with being able to communicate effectively with the client and relay both job and client information to the Project Manager.

 

Absolutely essential to the position is the understanding of what must be done, when and by whom.

 

Complete review of project folder, clarifying any details with Project Manager. Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are p procured from the shop and transported to the job site. This includes stackable items in trailer. Supervise job site and participate in all phases of construction process; including site prep, pouring, finishing/stamping, and washing and sealing.

 

Communicate effectively and professionally with client. Give direction to labors and finishers on the project. Coordinate with all other parties’ involved in the project (excavation, equipment rental, quarries, and concrete companies).Give regular progress reports to project Manager as project moves to successful completion.
