Job Summary
Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.

Essential Functions
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies material and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Computes costs by analyzing material and time requirements.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Perform duties effectively in the most cost-efficient manner possible

Qualification and Education requirements
• Ability to analyze information
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• High School Minimum (Required)

Pay Rate: $15-16/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
