• Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure the quality of teaching and operational efficiency of the campus.
• Contribute to designing and implementing curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards and institutional goals.
• Support and empower educators and staff, encouraging ongoing professional growth.Foster robust connections with parents and the school community.
• Efficiently handle daily school affairs to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold a culture of teamwork, integral to our success as a through-train institution from kindergarten to secondary levels. 

• At least a Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in the Field of Early Childhood Education.
• Local Registration as a Kindergarten Teacher, CCS, CCW.
• Preferably, 3 years or more of school management experience.
• Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Showcase decisive leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving school objectives
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.

• Commitment to working with young children with genuine love. Have a positive outlook and a warm and an optimistic personality. 

• Able to master new media tools/platforms and communication techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build a trust relationship with the team, students and parents. 

• Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior.   

• Able to stay calm and be flexible in difficult situations. 

• High level of personal accountability.
