Job Description

What You’d Do: 

 

We are looking for a creative, people-loving, hard-working marketing professional.  This role will collaborate with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer on all  marketing efforts from new customer acquisition to driving marketing tactics through our Fellows’ community.  Every day we will expect you to help us track success, dream big, and take care of the people who have committed to growing with Sseko.

 

In addition to that you will:

 

  • Collaborate on all marketing campaigns and events including brainstorming strategy, creating assets and writing copy 

  • Support collection launches and sales including visual assets, site copy and photography 

  • Assist in the production of seasonal photo shoots, 4 per year while managing our digital asset management tool including uploading images, keywords and searchability

  • Manage ongoing weekly email marketing, design, and copy

  • Manage daily Social Media execution for Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest

  • Support brand and partner collaborations, giveaways, and contests

  • Create monthly blog content calendar, copy and topic ideation

Qualifications

What Kind of Experience/ Skills We Are Looking For: 

 

  • 3+ years marketing experience 

  • Strong written, editing and visual design skills

  • Ability to take initiative, start and execute on your ideas

  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented

  • Ability to extend empathy and a desire to work in a collaborative environment

  • Proficient in Office, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Photoshop, WordPress and basic html

  • Direct Sales experience preferred but not required

  • Positive energy and a passion to make an impact!
