Job Description

We are looking for a go-getter to facilitate training, inspiration, growth, and development among our community of Fellows.

  • Coordinate projects for training and marketing materials.  Responsibilities will include: writing, minimal graphic design, creative direction for graphic design elements, formatting and finalizing deliverables.

  • Coordinate with all parties (trainer, videographer, photographer, graphic designer) to produce training content.   

  • Reporting on key metrics for sales team.  Understand how to read excel files, format, and basic excel functions.  Summarize findings into report for Directors.

  • Plan and prepare for live video meetings.  Responsible for understanding basic multi-media functions, styling the set and preparing conference and meetings rooms for live and recorded video.

Support Director of Leadership Development by managing creation of training materials, reporting, and Create sales training content including online training tutorials, video, and printed material to help drive sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Direct Sales / Network Marketing / Marketing. ! Preferably experienced as a consultant in Direct Sales.

  • Project Management (preferably experience in Asana).  You must be detail focused, and able to coordinate multiple parties to get things done on time and to specification.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • An innovative trailblazer. You’re ready to create and innovate to make the teams strategy and training even better.

  • Basic video editing is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement.

  • People person.  Must love working with, meeting and engaging  people. Creative in meeting people’s needs. We love what we do and want to do it with people we love being around.

Compensation:

  • Salary: DOE (Expected - $40,000)
