Job Description
We are looking for an inventory & order management maverick that lives and breathes organization and creating efficient systems. You will be responsible for helping build and maintaining a well-oiled global supply chain. This is an administrative/operations position working from our Portland, Oregon office.
You primary duties will be:
Oversee inventory and order management systems and keep team apprised of stock levels
Analyze product sell through and forecast inventory needs for upcoming seasons
Work closely with overseas partners initiating orders and tracking progress toward deadlines
Manage inbound shipments, customs clearance, and warehouse receipts
Calculate raw materials needs for production partners and assisting them with imports as necessary
Coordinate with fulfillment partner to ensure orders filled on-time and accurately
Report inventory sell through, fulfillment accuracy, and evaluate vendors
Qualifications
2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing environment
VERY organized with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel or database skills
Process oriented
Ability to take initiative, start and execute on your ideas
