Job Description

We’re looking for a Jack (or Jill!) of bookkeeping and Inventory management that thrives on organization and creating efficient systems that can help us build a well-oiled operation in our US HQ. This is a primarily operational role.

In addition to that you will:

  • Enter expenses, cut checks, and perform bank reconciliations

  • Perform the month-end financial close

  • Oversee inventory system and keep team apprised of stock levels

  • Manage and create systems to track & fill preorders

  • Coordinate with fulfillment partner to ensure orders filled on-time and accurately

  • Manage Inbound Freight and Logistics

  • Generate monthly sales reports for direct sales staff

  • Create ad hoc reports to analyze sell through and financial results


  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory management

  • QuickBooks experience (must be comfortable in QB)

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

  • VERY organized & detail oriented

  • Microsoft excel expertise

  • Ability to take initiative, start and execute on your ideas
