Job Description

Our success is due to our focus on delivering great service to our customers through a modern, digital platform.       We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to optimize our login, registration and plan management experiences. In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for improving the self service onboarding experience so that customers can get their broken items fixed quickly and painlessly. You’ll work with other teams to ensure these customer journeys connect seamlessly to the end to end experience.
   You'll partner closely with internal business partners to understand requirements, then work with our user experience team to understand customer needs through research. Next, you’ll join your engineering scrum team to figure out implementation options. In this high impact role, you'll own projects end-to-end, directly impacting customers and the success of the business.

You are a great candidate if you :

  • Like digging into how complex things work, and figuring out how to make them better
  • Like partnering with the designers and engineering to build customer-facing products
  • Have strong communication and team building skills
  • Have strong analytical skills, making smart tactical prioritization decisions that balance user experience, technical, and business trade-offs
  • Have a successful track record of managing projects against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Like analyzing end-user behavior, reviewing NPS and Customer support feedback as well as working with the UX team to identify opportunities to remove friction and improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Have experience writing stories from an end-user benefit/or problem statement POV with measurable success metrics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager delivering applications
  • Familiarity with agile scrum
  • BA/BS degree

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in data science or analytics
  • Experience with login (SSO)
  • Experience mentoring product managers
