Whether you are overseeing all HR-related work streams for a merger or acquisition (M&A), driving the execution of a large-scale reorganization, redesigning a major people program, or launching a new people tool, you will play a central role in developing and delivering key People initiatives. You will report to the People PMO Lead.

  • Partner closely with executive leaders/project sponsors to define project scopes, drive alignment on objectives, and assemble project teams.
  • Provide “Chief of Staff”-style partnership to executive leaders/project sponsors, helping them maintain focus, proactively flagging challenges and proposing solutions, and managing up to drive decisions and alignment when needed.
  • Own the tactical project management elements of projects, including building and managing project plans, leading project teams to stay on track, and running project kickoffs, updates, check-ins, and retros.
  • Guide project teams to successfully navigate dynamic environments, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and acting autonomously to lean into projects in different ways.
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to foster collaboration, understanding, and alignment.
  • On M&A projects:
    • Serve as the central point of contact within the People team to our Corporate Development partners, project managing all People-related work streams and proactively sharing status updates to key deal stakeholders.
    • Project manage all people-related activities associated with diligence and integration related efforts, including culture assessment, org design, talent assessment, people operations, and onboarding.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the People team with the target company to ensure a world-class employee experience throughout the engagement.
