• Tracking generating and managing training records, attendance and documents 
• Maintain and ensure content is up to date on the LMS
• Coordinate events, prepare materials, send out invited and schedule training 
• Adhoc administration to the wider team
• Support Instructional Designers with the creation of blended learning programs, exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Maintain project documentation and periodic reporting including TNA, skills gap analysis

• Experience in visual and instructional design principles (Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders
• Comfortable challenging the way things work now so that that they can be improved
• Ability to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Willingness to learn as part of the role and through own initiative.
• Comfortable developing assessment tools to measure effectiveness of learning interventions
