Job Description
The Team
Our mission is to make Cash App Card the primary card of choice by building delightful and differentiated end-to-end experiences across ordering, managing cards and conducting every day spend. In 2022, we shipped the Gift Cards feature which allows customers to easily send and receive a digital gift card through Cash App. Gift cards with an active balance are automatically applied to transactions at the associated merchant resulting in a frictionless and meaningful experience for customers. In the first quarter of 2023, we launched the ATM Finder feature making it simple and convenient for customers to locate and use a fee-free ATM. In June 2023, we launched the Mood card - a thermochromic card that can be customized with a personalized design which makes for a unique and delightful experience.
For the 2nd half of 2023, we will be rolling out card spending controls and insights to allow customers to track and control their spending. We will also be launching additional Card types that are fun, personalizable and can be proudly shared with your friends and family.
The Job
As part of the mobile engineering team for Cash App Card, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our new products. You will collaborate closely with server engineers and our cross-functional partners in Product and Design. Cash App Card is a core part of the Cash App business and has over 20 million monthly active users. You will have opportunities to design and build product features that delight our customers and provide meaningful value.

Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $152,100 - USD $185,900
Zone B: USD $144,500 - USD $176,700
Zone C: USD $136,900 - USD $167,300
Zone D: USD $129,300 - USD $158,100
