Job Description
As the Inclusion & Diversity Business Partner, you’ll be a member of the Inclusion & Diversity team responsible for the daily operations of I&D activities (e.g. designing and building programs, operationalizing I&D strategy) within the Cash Customer Operations (CCO) team. You’ll partner with senior CCO leaders and the I&D Business Partner Lead to develop resources to support building a diverse and inclusive workforce for two distinctive workforces within CCO (knowledge workers and frontline workers). You’ll create and deploy global programming that improves diverse hiring practices, assist the professional growth of underrepresented employees, and serve as a strategic advisor to a variety of executive leaders. You’ll work with employees and teams across all parts of the global Cash organization, including HRBPs, Talent (Recruiting & Talent Enablement), Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) team, among other partners.
You Will:
Partner with I&D Business Partner Lead and CCO leadership and other important partners (across the United States and Internationally) to develop the execution the I&D strategy to help grow the business
Identify, lead our diversity programs (in collaboration with HR and Talent) that promote an inclusive culture across a growing globally distributed workforce
Be a strategic advisor to help implement integrated, customized, and creative solutions that inspire awareness, inclusive behaviors, and business practices at all levels
Use data to inform recommendations and help guide the diversity & inclusion strategies
Be an advisor ensuring understanding of all partners with People and Talent partners to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support building diverse teams
Enhance Inclusion & Diversity practices through providing subject matter expertise that increases awareness of industry trends and sharing best practices to support an inclusive environment
Manage projects end-to-end, and establish measurable goals and Indicators for your work to bring to completion and track success
Qualifications
You Have:
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years program management, business partner, and/or consulting experience
Experience working in the inclusion and diversity field
A record of project management skills to implement important activities or deliverables
Experience driving accountability across teams
Experience guiding solutions based on data
A positive and team-oriented approach to your work
Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $125,600 - USD $153,600
Zone B: USD $116,800 - USD $142,800
Zone C: USD $110,500 - USD $135,100
Zone D: USD $100,500 - USD $122,900
