We are looking for a technical lead to help build the next generation supply chain technology infrastructure on Oracle SaaS and PaaS. In this role you will lead a team of developers to deliver on our roadmap and also responsible for architecture, system design and prioritization. You will closely engage with product managers, global hardware business and operations teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, while optimizing operating cost.
Job Description
You will
- Lead a team of Oracle SaaS and PaaS developers to deliver on durable and impactful technology solutions in the eCommerce & supply chain space.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering, translations and prioritizations.
- Review designs and guide teams on the best practices.
- Be the agile champion and implement meaningful SDLC best practices within the team.
- Guide the team to write maintainable, scalable, and testable code
- Work with a variety of stakeholders, including other technical, business, operations and finance teams
Qualifications
You have
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a lead, guiding a team of Oracle fusion developers towards delivering durable and impactful solutions.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in research, design, develop, test Oracle ERP applications, with more recent experience with SCM Cloud modules like - Order Management(OM), Global Order Promising(GOP), Inventory Management(IM)
- Experience and understanding of integrations between Oracle ERPs and other external systems. Have extensively worked with REST, SOAP and FBDI services.
- Good understanding of Account Receivable (AR) , General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical and non technical audiences.
- Perform peer review on both technical components and non-technical functional setups using GitHub and other tools.
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, test scripts for functional and technical testing.
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle of ERP implementation project
- Experience delivering projects in Agile methodology
- Ability to manage multiple projects & support enquires concurrently in a high paced environment
- Has strong understanding of key supply chain management process such as Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay flows.
- Ability to develop, review and design documentation that is detailed all the way to the field level mappings and contracts.
- Ability to write SQL based BI reports in Oracle and other similar BI systems for reporting, analysis and integrations needs.
- Ability to create OTBI reports for simple reporting needs so users can self-serve data needs without having to write SQL reports for every ask.

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $152,100 - USD $185,900
Zone B: USD $144,500 - USD $176,700
Zone C: USD $136,900- USD $167,300
Zone D: USD $129,300 - USD $158,100
