Job Description
The Artist Marketing Team is a dynamic and fast-growing team with a focus on bringing TIDAL closer to artists, fans, and industry partners through artist-led campaigns and partnerships that mutually benefit both our brand and artists’ brands and by driving awareness and education of our best-in-class artist tools to aid successful adoption. Working alongside cross-functional partners, we will gain a deep understanding of artists, their needs, and how to effectively reach them -ensuring we’re communicating the latest updates to artists and connecting our features to their priorities to drive awareness, education and interest.
This position will report to the Artist Marketing Lead.
You Will:
- Create artist marketing content strategy for, and ensure execution of content campaigns to support TIDAL RISING and other artist programs, delivering against objectives and working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies
- Work cross-functionally with Artist Relations, Content & Culture, Product Marketing, Brand and Fan Marketing, Legal, Finance & Strategy internal support functions, external partners, agencies, and influencers to develop and execute campaigns that support strategic impact and growth
- Develop and maintain content calendar - including briefing in relevant creative asset development
- Manage overall budget tracking for assigned programs and workstreams
- Utilize data and an artist-like level or intuition to identify emerging trends to identify new channel and campaign opportunities
- Create reports to monitor and analyze performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns for continual optimization, including sharing key learnings with execs and across the TIDAL organization
- Showcase your love for great storytelling, focusing on the details that will capture artist attention and drive engagement
- Take principled risks — not afraid to test, learn, and analyze. You are excited to put that knowledge into projects, sharing insights with your teammates and leading the exceptional work ahead
Qualifications
You Have:
- You have 6+ years experience leading Digital Marketing content strategy at scale
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple work streams with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent project, planning, and time management skills
Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $167,300 - USD $204,500
Zone B: USD $155,600 - USD $190,200
Zone C: USD $147,200 - USD $180,000
Zone D: USD $138,900 - USD $169,700
