Job Description

We are looking for a Country Marketing Manager for Germany to help further TIDAL’s brand, promoting awareness of and driving interest in TIDAL through creative storytelling and strategic partnerships. You will put insights at the forefront of your work, helping us develop locally relevant strategies, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities that reinforce TIDAL’s artist-first mission to passionate music makers and lovers all over the world, to tell our brand story to music fans and artists alike to unlock new activations. 

 

You feel comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners, and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment to drive business impact. And, you can communicate campaign goals, go-to-market plans, and complex product details for a range of audiences with ease across various channels. 

 

You Will:

  • Assist with strategy and planning for TIDAL global brand marketing projects, with emphasis on tailoring for local relevance within your market. 
  • Develop creative briefs and go-to-market plans, including choosing the appropriate channel mix and creative applications.
  • Manage campaign and creative asset development, program management, execution and overall budget tracking for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with TIDAL’s creative studio, operations, product marketing, social media, performance and content teams to align channel strategies based on data to provide insights that positively impact marketing, content, and social plans.
  • Collaborate with partners, agencies, and influencers to execute marketing tactics, promotions and events.
  • Create reports and recaps to measure campaign effectiveness and analyze campaign performance.
  • Produce high-quality, cross-channel creative content and experiences, telling the story of the brand while educating users about the service and entertaining followers.
  • Showcase your love for great storytelling, focusing on the details that will capture attention and drive engagement.  Should have a solid understanding of social media and emerging channels/platforms.
  • Take principled risks — not afraid to test, learn, and analyze. You are excited to put that knowledge into projects, sharing insights with your teammates and leading the exceptional work ahead.
  • Be positive, agile, and always hungry

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing insights-fueled marketing strategies and plans at an agency (PR or Marketing) or consumer brand.
  • Adaptability — socially, creatively, strategically, analytically, and professionally. 
  • Experience leading brand campaigns and go-to-market efforts on a team within a large, diverse organization.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • A creative background and naturally gravitate towards the big, exciting idea.
  • Excellent writing, editing, time-management, and organizational skills- our team speaks German as well as English. 
  • Experience in building media/marketing strategies and managing large budgets.
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive of an entrepreneurial owner.
  • A background working with business tools and social media platforms, analytics platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for music, knowledge of entertainment and pop culture; curious, confident, and fun.
