Job Description

*This role has an in-office requirement with hybrid flexibility. Our office is located at 101 New Cavendish Street. 

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated marketing generalist who has a passion for economic empowerment to join the Integrated Marketing Team within our Go-To-Market workstream of our marketing department. This role will further a major focus on brand health through integrated campaign support, product go-to-market strategy and content excellence. You will act as the voice of the brand and consumer as we deliver cohesive, brand enhancing moments that drive awareness and adoption of Clearpay in the UK.

As a vital contributor to day-to-day marketing campaigns and product launches, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. The position will require experience supporting campaigns from end-to-end including creative and media briefing, owned and paid media channel planning, asset coordination, and reporting. This individual will report into the Integrated Marketing Manager for the UK and collaborate most closely with the content team within the Go-To-Market workstream. 

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and detail-oriented person with a thirst for knowledge. The perfect candidate will possess the ability to work collaboratively across marketing functions and agency partners, demonstrating initiative and resilience in a fast-changing environment. You consider yourself creative and have strong visual standards that you can relay as feedback to creative partners.

You will:

  • Support brand and trade campaigns from end-to-end, including creative and media agency briefing, coordination with channel owners, asset coordination and approvals, campaign reporting and optimisation. 
  • Operate with an integrated mindset, ensuring channel plans ladder up to a unified goal and marketing calendar.
  • Support product go-to-market strategies to launch upcoming products, including creative agency briefing, coordination of channel plans and assets, and reporting to the wider UK and global marketing teams.
  • Act as the custodian of the brand as you oversee creative asset development and coordination. This includes completing your own creative briefs for our in-house and agency partners and providing astute feedback grounded in brand and customer insights.
  • Oversee all asset development and approval coordination, including marketing and legal/compliance sign-off. 
  • Work cross functionally (content, comms, paid, partner marketing) with a brand and integrated lens, acting as the central source of truth for all campaign and product information by centralising decks, dashboards and feeling confident with updating stakeholders on the status of projects.
  • Partner day-to-day with the content team to ensure all content being developed across organic social, app and site reflect the integrated and brand marketing goals.
  • Build strong relationships with other cross-functional marketing team members to maximise collaboration. 
  • Support the global social manager with localisation of an organic social UK content calendar, briefing organic social campaign extensions.

Qualifications

You have: 

  • 4+ years of related brand or integrated marketing experience in the UK
  • Experience with campaign and project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with creative partners
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset
