Job Description
Drive partner onboarding & revenue optimization strategies for small and medium sized businesses at scale through the affiliate channel
Thoughtfully respond to inbound email inquiries a timely manner
Work cross functionally with existing sales, marketing, and operations teams across our organization to drive partner success
Track, analyze, and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders
Understand seasonal e-commerce and affiliate trends, surfacing areas of opportunity and identifying irregularities
Create presentations and pull campaign reports via Tableau and analyze insights
Build streamlined internal processes and share best practices with other members of the team
Drive success toward KPIs, and aim to exceed revenue targets
Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a partnerships role and/or on a revenue-driving team
• Basic understanding of the affiliate marketing space and affiliate network platforms (1-2 years experience in Affiliate/Ad Sales)
• Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within various vertical/industries via email and phone
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Self-motivated, adaptive individual with the ability to work fast and smart
• Proactive, curious individual who is full of grit and loves to find solutions to problems
• Understands analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants
