Job Description
The Square Banking Operations team supports credit products such as Square Loans. Our team consists of program and project managers whose mission is to improve our seller's experience with the global banking support teams.
As a Banking Operations Project Manager, you will help ensure that our support teams have the best tools to assist our sellers. You will support launches and ongoing program processes by partnering with our operations team to identify and implement workflow improvements. This position will report to the Merchant Experience Lead.
You Will:
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve Operational process by establishing procedures to optimize usage of programs, such as Salesforce
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing of new features to mitigate any negative impact to support teams
- Document system requirements and prioritize requests for the Global Operations teams
- Conduct change management initiatives for updates to processes involving support systems processes, including training users
- Develop relationships with other teams at Square to develop the best practices for usage of support systems within the Operations teams
Qualifications
You have:
- 2+ years managing multiple projects with product managers and program administrators involving software solutions for operations teams
- Desire to build process for support solutions implementation
- Ability to breakdown complex projects to partners with various levels of knowledge of systems
- Researched and established processes to improve operational processes and support interactions
- 1+ years facilitating updates to support infrastructures software such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect
