Job Description

As a CRM Systems Manager, you will be a part of the Business Technology team with a focus on supporting the Afterpay business. You will create enterprise solutions for our Sales Operations partners. As part of this role, you will understand our internal users and will focus on increasing the efficiency of our vertically integrated operations, building scalable platforms, and creating excellent internal tools that help develop & customize operational workflows.

You will: 

  • Inspire creativity and translate executive sales strategies & priorities into a CRM product roadmap that delivers great seller and merchant experiences, increases revenue generation & efficiency, and ensures cohesiveness across functions

  • Be the expert on product, solution, and process domains relating to sales business processes like Lead & Opportunity Management, Deal Enablement & Attribution, and Merchant Onboarding

  • Consult and guide partners to maximize the value of connected applications including Salesforce, CPQ, and other third-party sales enablement tools

  • Act as a strategic technology partner and maintain relationships with product owners, business leadership, and sales engineering teams

  • Develop a strategic plan in support of business priorities;  Lead development of  supporting initiatives that both serve those goals and maintain platform health, including ownership over the product roadmap & reporting on progress 

  • Establish KPI metrics to understand the return on investments and impact on process domains

  • Lead execution & be accountable for business outcomes including Identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and impacts across cross-functional business and technology teams

  • Oversee delegation and execution of strategic initiatives by a team of Business Systems Analysts

  • Collaborate with Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure successful  implementation of user-friendly, scalable solutions

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business priorities to recommend technology solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate current state business processes

  • Help improve standardization and adoption of common practices

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience improving data quality

  • Write technical documentation and provide team training

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least two years building internal tools

  • 3+ years of enterprise experience using Salesforce to develop business solutions for core GTM Sales Processes (Lead Management, Forecasting, Quote-to-Cash)

  • Led the delivery of company-wide product programs

  • Experience in how to summarize complex internal needs across the company

  • Expertise in developing a multi-year vision and accompanying product roadmap

  • Experience with project management methodologies to manage timelines

  • Experience with agile-scrum methodologies for sprint execution

  • Understanding of core CRM principles including marketing and sales operations

  • Previous roles in a consulting or high growth, tech environment

  • Impeccable customer success mindset
