Job Description
You will support the Compliance Policy, Training, & Reporting team and report to the Compliance Policy Manager. You will develop, standardize, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to drafting, socialization, and approval standards. You will also assist with document administration, including review and approval coordination consistent with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
You will:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to write and edit policies, programs, and procedures.
Assist in administering the central document repository.
Ensure compliance documents establish clear and meaningful requirements and directives.
Ensure compliance documents are maintained and kept up-to-date with version controls.
Ensure compliance documents are organized and accessible.
Assist compliance governance and exam management groups in the submission of documents for exams, audits, and testing.
Assist with the development of executive presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, or other executive reporting.
Manage special projects.
Maintain and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
You have:
2+ years of financial service experience in a compliance, audit, or risk environment.
A bachelor's degree in English, communications, finance, or a related field.
Experience developing compliance policies and procedures.
The ability to convert legal or regulatory requirements into easily understood terms.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively.
Exceptionally strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Even better:
