Job Description

As the International Creative Strategy Coordinator on our Demand Generation team, you will coordinate creative test plans, asset production, and delivery. Your daily work will include communication across multiple teams of international marketers, video producers, creative project managers, and creative team members. You will understand the creative needs and quarterly test questions from our international marketing partners, and translate them into a creative test roadmap on a quarterly basis, while also overseeing creative brief writing for everything on the creative roadmap. Creative tests will be focused on Social and Display, but will also include Direct Mail and one-off requests for other channels.

You will:
  • Meet with international performance marketers to understand their creative needs and test priorities, then translate those ideas into sound test questions
  • Partner with your team of US Creative Strategists to understand US creative test goals and share them with our international partners to bring global alignment to our creative tests
  • Oversee creative projects through brief writing, kick off with internal and external creative partners, production, and delivery
  • Ensure brief submission and creative review timelines are met for all deliverables
  • Manage creative briefing and production timelines for 10+ hardware and software products across multiple languages, time zones, and locales at once
  • Help inform new team processes and cross-team processes
  • Be the face of international creative requests to our internal and external creative teams

Qualifications

You have:
  • 4+ years working experience managing the creation and development of performance marketing deliverables
  • Familiarity with the creative testing process (writing briefs, execution plans, etc.)
  • Experience working directly with Creative teams
  • Project/program management experience, ideally with teams in global markets
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana
