The Business Analyst plays a multi-faceted role in partnership with the broader Talent team. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with our distributed teams to understand large-scale opportunities to innovate across our recruiting platform, balancing deep listening skills with a product-centric approach to creating enterprise solutions that feel product-led.

We will give you the context to be effective, the resources you will need to be efficient, and get out of your way to be creative and innovative and ultimately elevate a high-performing organization.

You will:

• Project manage deliverables (both large scale and sprints), ensuring that end-user requirements are met, including timelines 

  • This includes: system implementations, data infrastructure, website updates, and iterative improvements to existing products 

• Distill and translate technical languages developers speak back to end-users 

• Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, and Talent teams effectively to ensure alignment on project scope and overarching road map

• Operate independently in an ambiguous environment

• Support scoping and delivering technical solutions for multi-faceted, highly distributed recruiting teams

• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Serious about technical acumen + agility; you have the methodology rigor but are comfortable iterating and pivoting quickly 

• Data literate; you understand the core building blocks of data infrastructure and the impact that both processes and tools have on it. 

• Resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when developing solutions
