We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer responsible for building the best-in-class CRM system.  As the Developer, you’ll support the implementation of key salesforce initiatives around improving the health of the salesforce instance and drive data quality.  You will also identify and implement key salesforce integrations that are necessary to support high revenue growth.

• Participate in the full application life cycle - architect, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Independently run multiple projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication.
• Lead Salesforce technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives and identify gaps between current and desired end states
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Perform quality code review and work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
• Design reusable frameworks and perform unit testing and Load testing.
• Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches and should also be able to provide level of effort estimates for the various technical solutions that are proposed and built.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8+  years of hands-on application development experience on Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
• Good Salesforce Development knowledge (Apex Coding, Lightning Web Components, Batch Classes, Platform events, Triggers, Debug Logs, Troubleshooting and Code analysis, etc.)
• Strong technical foundation on relational database concepts, structures, data modeling, SQL and Data loader is a must.
• Strong knowledge on configuring and developing salesforce platform events.
• Hands-on administration and configuration experience with user roles, profiles and permissions, flow and validation rules, email alerts, field updates, reports, dashboards, and other Setup features.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices related to integrations, development, automation, security, and release management.
• Experience with key areas of technical architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
• Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required: Salesforce Certified App Builder and Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
