Job Description

As a Digital Asset Specialist, you will help drive Customer Success by developing communications to engage customers and encourage self-service adoption. You have a passion for graphic design and the ability to communicate in a visually compelling way through various channels. We're looking for someone that can design digital assets such as infographics, screenshots, or interactive images at scale. You will work with an agile team where we all collaborate closely to reach optimal results.

You Will:

  • Create, manage, and update the digital asset library of Square Support Center (infographics, screenshots, interactive digital assets) and future support projects.
  • Use data, experience, and market insights to improve Square's self-service resources.
  • Collaborate with international teammates to develop and implement a strategy for digital asset management.
  • Manage projects, dependencies, and timelines at once to accomplish moving deadlines and launch calendars.
  • Work with the Customer Education team to develop digital content that corresponds with self-service adoption and education initiatives.
  • Partner with product teams to develop clear, accurate, and concise educational product assets that are error free, and reflective of Square's voice, style, and tone.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in digital communication skills, including graphic design, photo retouching, typography, color theory and layout. HTML and CSS are a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and a web layout tool such as Figma or Sketch.
  • You are also highly comfortable with Google Suite, specifically Docs, Slides, Forms and Sites.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to take abstract ideas and bring them to life.
  • Ability to plan and organize your work.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field.
