You have a unique opportunity to become a founding member of the Experimentation team and build tools with a significant impact across Cash App. The experimentation team is a brand new team with a mission to provide a simple, intuitive experimentation platform that enables optimization, and attribution across mobile, server, and web. Our goal is to democratize experimentation and cultivate an experimentation culture at Cash App.

As a software engineer on the Experimentation team, you will:

• Drive the team's technical direction that will orchestrate the next evolution of the Cash App Experimentation platform
• Build experimentation pipelines and make buy vs build decisions
• Work with product teams, data scientists, and operations on their use cases
• Drive the engineering roadmap to build and enhance the Cash App Experimentation process

You have: 

• Experience building experimentation platforms
• Experience leading projects with 3+ engineers
• 8+ years of experience delivering quality software
• Passion for experimentation, high scalability services and operational excellence
• Strong mentorship and collaboration skills

• Java, Kotlin
• AWS
• Datadog, SignalFx

We currently work with Kotlin and deploy our microservices in AWS.
