Job Description

Brand and Creative Marketing Operations Manager will help identify solutions that allow the broader marketing team to be more efficient in their roles to drive business impact. You will execute with measurable performance through the centralization of important information and operations, and optimization of data, tools, people and processes across multiple project types. You will improve the discipline of marketing internally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building for people and brand first. You have a background in project management or operations. You are hands-on with the ability to facilitate discussions, enhance cross organization communication and establish clear processes to ensure strategic thinking and execution. You have a desire to build systems that enable big ideas to scale. You need to move fast, iterate and always add value. You will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical. You will need to outline a clear process, identify issues, make recommendations and help ensure overall operations are running smoothly within the marketing organization.

You Will:

  • Lead the vision for TIDAL's Marketing Operations, including team strategy, leadership and team / budget management, to establish operational excellence standards for the marketing department (continually evolving as TIDAL's strategic priorities shift)

  • Establish end-to-end project workflows across a range of project types, educating the broader organization to aid adoption of the process.

  • Identify and oversee the implementation of new tools, templates, meeting forums, and training sessions required to maintain operational excellence standards.

  • Develop TIDAL's marketing asset request and creation process, delivering process. excellence and excellent resources to support requests on high priority marketing needs.

  • Oversee of workload analysis, partnering with team leads on project prioritization and sourcing of additional resources.

  • Manage the brand request process, establishing a process and criteria framework for determining as it's appropriate for third-party institutions to use our brand marks.

  • Facilitate ongoing connections with marketing leaders across the company to help incite visibility and collaboration.

  • Gather and implement best practices to aid campaign development, reporting on results and sharing insights across teams.

  • Lead a team of Brand Program Managers to support essential marketing programs.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 9+ years of experience in operations, design / creative operations or project management.

  • 3+ years of experience managing people, leading teams and developing talent.

  • Experience driving collaboration and communication within a complex group and cross-functionally within a matrixed organization

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
