Job Description

We are seeking a program manager to support our Cash People team on key projects and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various disciplines within and outside of the Cash People team to identify and define key projects and objectives that have maximum impact on our team’s overall objectives. You will oversee these projects from inception to completion ensuring the effective day-to-day management that leads to successful rollout and implementation. You derive passion from working on a variety of diverse projects and thrive in breaking complex problems into manageable tasks. And you effectively build coalitions of contributors across various skill sets to tackle shared objectives and take collective pride and ownership in the successful completion of these projects. 

You Will:

  • Own and guide strategic planning, progress and execution of key projects in support of the Cash People Team’s objectives

  • Oversee the team’s OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process, working regularly with team leads to ensure continued progress towards our team’s goals 

  • Develop yearly budgets and operating plans, actively managing on an ongoing basis in partnership with Finance

  • Manage and develop the program budget and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project resources are applied efficiently and effectively

  • Own and manage communication of progress and status to key stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

  • Actively manage project resources and workforce planning tools

  • Identify and implement tools and processes that improve project delivery and execution

  • Assist with M&A activity, ensuring the effective transition of new employees into the Cash team

Qualifications

You Have: 

  • 5+ years in a project or program management role, preferably in People organization

  • Experience leading global or regional change initiatives

  • Experience working with core people functions including but not limited to: Employee Experience, Design & Construction, IT, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Recruiting, HR, Finance 

  • Proficient at documenting issues in a clear fashion and can gain agreement through both asynchronous comments and live discussions

  • Ability to deliver results on time with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to make clear recommendations through logic and data analysis

  • Have the tenacity to chase down details that lead to a successful product delivery

Even Better:

  • Certification PMP, PgMP, or PMP-ACP or SaFE
