Job Description

We are seeking an experienced workplace professional to support our growing team in Philadelphia. You will be responsible for creating programs and managing operations that enable our teams to do their best work. You are creative and have a keen ability to design solutions to new problems. You take pride in making spaces both beautiful and functional, and know how important even the smallest details are to making an environment great.

You will: 

  • Oversee and facilitate daily office operations

  • Assist in building and developing office programs and operations that support the needs of the local team

  • Ensure an amazing office experience is had by all visitors to our spaces, including candidates and guests

  • Build strong relationships with local teams and site leads

  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to cross-functional projects that build and evolve the culture of our team

  • Assist with managing local team events and activities that build a sense of connection to each other and our products

  • Assist with managing workplace vendors and service providers (janitorial, food and beverage, furniture, etc)

  • Manage work order requests

  • Assist in construction and facilities projects and tasks

  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant job experience

  • Proven vendor management skills

  • Customer service driven 

  • Ability to work independently and are a strong multitasker

  • Excellent collaborator with partner organizations, willing to take the lead from others to get the job done

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred but not required
