Job Description

As Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Business Development team at TIDAL and report into the Head of Partnerships and Business Development. You will drive growth and profitability for the business across the globe through our strategic partners. We are passionate, motivated, and empowered to make decisions that impact the business. You will have the chance to learn about and define our approach to strategic partnerships, business development and B2B Sales in the music streaming industry while supporting the broader business and product.

You Will:

  • Contribute to pitch creation for our initiatives
  • Own relationships and pipeline for one or more partnership vertical
  • Conceive creative and mutually beneficial partnership structures
  • Coordinate the implementation of partnerships with our marketing, product, editorial and artist relations teams
  • Generate new partnership leads
  • Review, assess and rank existing and potential partner opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis
  • Create reports on performance of deals and the team
  • Help develop overall partnership priorities and strategy

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 4+ years experience in B2B business development/ partnerships in streaming/ subscription industry (preferred) or management consulting experience in entertainment and telecom industry 
  • Broad knowledge of telecom, automotive, tech and SaaS sectors
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and with financial modeling
  • Networking and client facing experience
  • Passion for music
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
