As a Recruiter, you will report to a Recruiting Manager and partner with leaders at Square to accomplish recruiting strategies that support our growing teams. With that also comes autonomy and the freedom to experiment, which when measured effectively, drives decisions that allow growth and improvement within our recruiting process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience with a process improvement mindset and desire to increase results through partnership.
You will:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Build relationships and work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Qualifications
You have:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (would also consider a combination of recruiting and sales experience)
Great sourcing, selling and closing skills
Proven experience that demonstrates attention-to-detail
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Experience with being able to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
The ability to work autonomously and achieve results within a distributed workforce
