What you will do:

• Define, measure and track key performance indicators for the card

• Be the point of contact for all vendors related to the card program and handle negotiations with suppliers

• Create processes to guarantee reconciliation of clearing and settlement

• Optimize acceptance and reliability of the card

• Optimize fulfillment of the card across 12 countries

• Handle stock and supply chain to assure there are no disruptions in delivery

• Work with Product Team to improve UX/UI of the card section in the app

• Work with Growth to create campaigns that generate engagement with the card

What do we expect from you:

• You are curious and hands on - You will become the number 1 ambassador and user of the card

• You are willing to understand how our card program works and how it fits within the vision of the company

• You thrive under pressure and are capable to work on tight deadlines

• You are comfortable working with data and extract conclusions from it, especially related to demand forecast, expected growth and revenues, and cross-selling analysis

• You make your decisions based on what metrics are telling you

• You like working on a fast-paced environment and understand that pivoting is part of the job

• You are comfortable working with different teams and can communicate both with Legal teams and Tech teams seamlessly

• 5+ years of experience working on card issuing, either on a bank, scheme or PSP

• Experience working with SQL in any of its shapes

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish

• Knowledge of the Visa and/or Mastercard rules

• Strong inventory management skills
