Our bank is expected to launch in 2021, offering small business loans and deposit products. You’ll be on the forefront of creating a bank that allows for all businesses to thrive. As the Chief of Staff you will report directly to the CEO of the Bank and will help manage the operations. You will operate as the go to person for the Bank CEO and will ensure alignment and completion of internal projects and banking initiatives across all groups and partners.

• You have experience with working with regulators in a financial services environment and strong working knowledge of the bank regulatory framework.

• You will understand and synthesize information and data in a manner that utilizes the CEO’s attention to the greatest effect.

• You will understand the business strategy and roadmap for the product teams you support and aid in the design to help them achieve their business goals. 

• You will coordinate with regulators to assure alignment with internal resources and projects.

• You will gather and define Bank product requirements and define project scope.

• You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive our program roadmap.

• You will drive collaboration with engineers and data analysts from our Bank, Capital and related partner teams.

• You will suggest and determine solution designs that balance overall complexity and maintainability with separation of concerns.

• Even better if you have experience in payments and financial services!

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects within a regulatory environment .
• You have an enthusiasm for and experience in designing solutions that satisfy the needs of your customers.
• You love to improve processes and find efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• You have been successful working both independently and as part of a team.
• You lead by influence -- not authority -- to foster trust across the organization.
