Job Description

As an analyst on the Sales Go-To-Market Strategy team, you will use and develop your analytical skill set to empower data-driven decisions across our Sales and our cross-functional partners. You will report to the Sales Go-To-Market Strategy team lead and will help build and execute the go-to-market strategy for all segments of the Sales team. You will be a hybrid of traditional jobs in analytics, strategy & planning, and financial analysis. You will join our motivated team of analysts and support our global Sales teams in optimizing our Sales growth across each of our markets.

You Will:

  • Conduct analysis using internal and external data to obtain insights that will promote strategic decisions and enhance Sales' ability to go-to-market effectively, such as optimized outbound targeting, lead generation, customer segmentation
  • Consult with Sales Strategy and Sales leadership to identify growth levers and KPIs, complete analyses, and implement tracking infrastructure and visualization
  • Work with (and learn from) cross-functional partners in Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Data Science, Product, and more to promote Sales growth and profitability

Qualifications

  • Highly quantitative with demonstrated ability conducting complex data analysis to build insights through a combination of SQL (strong proficiency), Excel/Google Sheets (proficiency with elegant analyses and models is a must), and Looker (or similar data visualization tool)
  • You are proactive and excited to dive into tough problems and build new processes / deliverables from scratch; you develop frameworks to support strategic decisions and are skilled at detailed execution
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration
  • 2 or more years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience (top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, sales/business operations, finance, or similar)
  • BA/BS required (major in analytical or technical field preferred)
