Job Description

The Cash Customer Operations Analytics team is a one-stop data team for operations needs now scaling with the needs of the business.  We’re working hard to build the infrastructure and dashboarding solutions needed to keep Cash customer operations successful.

The Cash Customer Services Analytics team is a crucial operations support team, responsible for reporting and data operations within the rapidly growing Cash Customer Operations organization. You will provide the dashboards, ad-hoc reports, guidance, and infrastructure to enable better business decisions and clearer vision throughout the organization.


  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst working heavily with SQL or as an infrastructure engineer
  • Previously used Snowflake, AWS, or other cloud data environment in a professional environment

  • Previously used Fivetran, Mulesoft, or any automated ETL system in a professional environment

  • Experience with git or other software versioning system

  • Experience gathering business requirements for current and future reporting needs

  • Technical skills must include advanced SQL (UNION, CREATE, CTEs), cloud environments, ETL tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience or exposure to Python or R

  • Comfortable working with XML and JSON, converting tabled data from and into these formats

  • Previously automated reports to ensure data quality

  • Comfortable working with JIRA, managing a backlog, prioritizing between stability and features
