Job Description

The Business team at Cash App is responsible for accelerating Cash App’s customer and revenue growth using scalable and measurable go-to-market programs. We own marketing, sales, and partnerships outside the app, lead analytics related to Cash’s overall growth and the customer lifecycle, and work closely with Cash App’s product teams to identify and execute on opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Analytics Lead who can drive rigorous, data-driven insights and recommendations that maximize the impact and effectiveness of our rapidly scaling performance and lifecycle marketing programs.

You will:

  • Partner closely with Cash App’s Performance Marketing and Data Science teams to analyze and optimize the performance of paid marketing channels and campaigns

  • Partner with Product and Growth leads to plan, execute, and measure the impact of lifecycle marketing efforts (e.g. onboarding, cross-sell, winback)

  • Scope, design, and measure the impact of experiments to drive improvements in the performance of our web and app store presences (e.g. ASO, SEO, landing page optimization)

  • Develop frameworks for marketing ROI and payback period measurement

  • Develop and drive monthly and quarterly marketing budget allocation, spend tracking, and impact measurement processes

  • Build ETLs, dashboards, and automated reporting that improves visibility and decision making across the Cash Business team

  • Generate insights related to customer demographics and perceptions, value props, and creative performance to inform our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 7+ years of experience in analytical and impact-oriented roles, and 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics in fast-paced and growing companies. 

  • Experience marketing consumer mobile products strongly preferred. Fintech is nice to have.

  • Top-tier strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities

  • Deep experience with mobile marketing measurement, including work with mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch) and familiarity with SKAdNetwork

  • Strong grasp and understanding of incrementality, experience with developing and interpreting Media Mix Models

  • Expert-level abilities with data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, and Excel

  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g. ETL development, star and snowflake schema design)

  • Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently lay out and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across different teams and functions
