Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Hardware Operations team. You are experienced in managing commercial relationships with contract manufacturers (ODM/OEM) for hardware products. You will establish hardware business partnerships, managing costs, negotiating contracts, and resolving all commercial related issues.
Qualifications
You will:
- Develop ODM/OEM and contract manufacturing strategies for all hardware products
- Establish a partnership selection criteria and execute the process of evaluating and onboarding new manufacturing partners
- Negotiate and execute master contracts and Statements of Work with vendors
- Work with internal Accounting and Finance & Strategy teams to manage the end-to-end cost management solution for Hardware
- Lead and conduct Quarterly Business Review with essential partners to evaluate ongoing performance across engineering development, operational excellence, and cost competitive landscape
- Travel internationally ~20%
You have:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- An understanding of complex manufacturing and supply chain concepts from a business and engineering perspective
- Experience working in CM and JDM development models
- Budget management experience
- Contract negotiation experience
