As a Recruiter, you will partner with Cash App leaders to execute recruiting strategies that support our growing Operations Teams.  This individual will be a strategic partner as we continue to build our Cash Customer Operations team in Portland! You will be responsible for hiring a combination repeatable and strategic roles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, with a process improvement mindset. You will:

• Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes

• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research

• Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically

You have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or agency environment

• A passion for building effective, cohesive teams

• The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems

• The ability and willingness to work autonomously and drive results within a distributed workforce

• Superior communication skills (both written & verbal)

Even better:

• Experience recruiting for operational roles in a technical or financial organization

• Experience building recruiting processes

• Project Management experience
