Job Description
Talent Acquisition is a strategic function that enables growth, shapes the company culture, and identifies the talent we need to be successful. As a Recruiter, you will partner with Cash App leaders to execute recruiting strategies that support our growing Operations Teams. We pride ourselves on crafting processes and programs that align with individual team’s needs, so creativity and flexibility are requirements for success. With that also comes autonomy and the freedom to experiment, which when measured effectively, drives decisions that allow Cash App recruiting to continually improve.
This individual will be a strategic partner as we continue to build our Cash Customer Operations team in Portland! You will be responsible for hiring a combination repeatable and strategic roles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience, with a process improvement mindset. You will:
Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
Qualifications
You have:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or agency environment
A passion for building effective, cohesive teams
The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
The ability and willingness to work autonomously and drive results within a distributed workforce
Superior communication skills (both written & verbal)
Even better:
Experience recruiting for operational roles in a technical or financial organization
Experience building recruiting processes
Project Management experience
