Job Description

As a Benefits Analyst, your goal is ensure that our international employees have easy access to our competitive benefits programmes. You will have responsibility for managing and optimising our benefits processes while also helping to grow and set-up our benefits programmes as we continue to expand globally.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and getting things done and wants to join an innovative and growing company. Square has nearly 4,000 employees across the globe (and we're growing!). This is a full time role based in our Dublin, Ireland office.

You will:

  • Manage benefits administration processes for our six international locations

  • Focus on employee experience including the management of employee benefit queries and ensuring our benefits are easily understood by our employees

  • Identify and drive benefits process improvements and automation

  • Manage leave of absence processes and queries including sick leave, maternity, paternity and parental leave

  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Payroll, benefits vendors and benefits brokers

  • Support the International Benefits Manager on a range of projects

  • Report to the International Benefits Manager based in Dublin

 

 

Qualifications

You have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5 years experience in employee benefits ideally in a multinational environment

  • Proven creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems

  • You thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment

  • Analytical and structured thinking, working intelligently to understand the task at hand and relevant context 

  • Strong attention to detail skills

  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

  • A global mindset while also being in tune with local context and best practice

  • A sense of fun!
