Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and effective Recruiting Coordinator Manager to lead half of the Recruiting Coordinator team. In this role, you will serve as an advocate for RCs and the delightful candidate experience that we own. This role reports in to the RC Lead and partners with another RC Manager.
You will:
Manage 7 FTE Recruiting Coordinators who support both business and technical recruiters, removing day-to-day blockers, assessing performance, and coaching growth.
Own the hiring and onboarding process, bringing organized and energetic RC Newbies to Square and ramping them quickly.
Own reporting including the Candidate CSAT and RC Partnership Pulse, looking for trends in the response data and making positive changes based off of it.
Own RC metrics, using this data to reinvent the ways in which we workload balance RCs and support the grander Talent Team.
Manage our cross-functional partnerships with People Analytics.
Partner with the RC Manager on candidate experience initiatives including: consistent candidate experience across offices, swag ordering and inventory management, interview room redesigns and capability enhancements, Candidate CSAT and Glassdoor findings.
Partner with RC Lead on operational tasks including: process-change proposals, documentation, tool assessments and implementation.
Enhance our team bond by bridging our dynamic team across it’s locations (SF, NYC, STL, and ATL), increasing recognition, and planning team events.
Qualifications
