Job Description

As a Cash Business Systems Analyst, your goal is to improve the work experience for advocates and leadership, and by extension our customers, by delivering reliable and scalable solutions that lower the burden of systems use for our employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the most complex business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement

  • Have detailed knowledge of the architecture, data flows, and optimal configurations of CRM, WFM, and other enterprise scale applications

  • Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company

  • Work closely with end users to define and document requirements for new systems or to optimize existing systems

  • Self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a uniquely positive customer-service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work alone or with other members of a team

  • Must be a team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for any and all customization and maintenance actions taken

  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for all assigned operational or capital projects

  • Design, execute and document test plans based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug program logic errors).

  • Act as a thought leader for the team

  • Ability to negotiate winning solutions for customers and the organization  

  • Ability to successfully manage vendor relationships to ensure the success of projects and ensure the highest quality services for our customers

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex efforts simultaneously and adjust to changes in direction as needed to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility

  • At least 3 years of in-depth, hands-on coding experience with a modern CRM and/or WFM

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex efforts simultaneously and adjust to changes in direction as needed to meet business objectives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills mandatory

  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Extremely high attention to detail

  • Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment preferred

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact at all levels of the organization a must.

  • Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
