Square is looking for an organized and resourceful individual to support the Retail Marketing team with retailer site merchandising, retail operations project management, and go to market initiatives for Square’s retail partners. You will work closely with Retail Partner Managers to drive awareness and acquisition of Square Hardware through the retail channel, focusing on e-commerce partners, including Amazon and Walmart.
Work closely with Retail Partner Managers to support cross-functional initiatives, launch new products, and prep for Retailer Reviews.
Collaborate with the internal creative product marketing teams on retail asset creation/approval, representing both Square and the Retailer’s POV.
Navigate retailer portals to pull reporting and evaluate sales and advertising performance.
Update retailer product page content.
Maintain and improve pricing tracking tools for cross-functional programs.
Liaise with Retail Operations on partner requirements and flag timelines, missed dates and impacts.
Work with Hardware Analytics to use data and insights to make sound business decisions.
Identify creative/innovative opportunities to drive discovery for Square products at Retail.
Review and update retail marketing trackers to ensure campaigns are ROI positive and deliver intended results.
3+ years partner/account management, site merchandising, or retail marketing experience, preferably with large format e-commerce retailers like Amazon, Walmart, etc.
Acute attention to detail and are results-oriented.
Strong proficiency in Google sheets + slides and MS Excel.
Experience with running projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
An analytical, structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and marketing campaign performance.
Successfully launched and maintained products at existing retailers.
A BA or relevant experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
