Job Description
Square is looking for an experienced Sr. Supply Chain System (both fulfillment and buy sides) Product Manager / BSA to own the supply chain technology solution to meet the need of our internal business departments. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with internal business stakeholders to define our future system roadmap.
You will:
Work with SCM Product Owner / Business / Program Manager to translate high level projects / features into detailed product requirements
Work on complex business problems, leveraging Oracle Supply Chain and Financials
Lead full projects from inception to launch
Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company
Be a self-starter with solid interpersonal skills and a positive customer service-oriented attitude
Be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
Act as a liaison between functional users and the development team
Be the point of contact for functional questions and coordination such as functional specification documentation, defects, and other questions
Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation for any and all customization and maintenance actions taken
Perform and document program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions, and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug program logic errors)
To accomplish this, you will partner with stakeholders in our Supply Chain and Hardware teams, help define their needs, and translate those needs into system solutions.
Qualifications
You have:
BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility
10+ years of Oracle Supply Chain System implementation or post-production support (Oracle Cloud preferred; modules like Order Management, AR, Inventory, Costing, Procurement, Receiving)
Strong knowledge of Sales order, Shipping, Inventory, Costing processes
Experience in Manufacturing processes, like WIP
Experience working with 3PLs, Contract manufacturers
Experience with Rest/Soap APIs
Basic understanding of SQL, BI Publisher reports
An in-depth understanding of the set-up and architecture of Oracle Supply Chain, including workflow and concurrent manager
The ability to work autonomously or within a team
Effective communicator (written and oral) especially with business users, developers and management
Ability to explain complex issues / design from both a technical and a business functional point of view
