Job Description
As an Account Executive for Caviar, you will be responsible for developing new business for Caviar by reaching out to companies and educating them on how Caviar can meet all their food needs - whether that be overtime meals to subsidized lunches for employees to office wide meal programs. You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally to make sure companies new to Caviar have the best experience possible. This role will require inside sales, emailing, and cold calling (80% of time). Qualifications
You will:
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Find the most scalable way to get in touch with the right decision maker at prospective companies
Communicate constantly via email and phone with prospects who could use Caviar to meet their food needs
Build and circulate best practices, tools, and processes needed to allow you and our growing team to more efficiently hit sales goals
Listen to and share feedback from customers with product, operations, and marketing teams to improve the Caviar ordering experience and product
Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions
Qualifications
You have:
A BA/BS degree
2+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting, inbound sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
An analytical, structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers and meet that need with a successful product sale
Critical thinking and decision making abilities to successfully operate within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
Strong familiarity with professional software and relationship management tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Docusign, MS Excel, Yesware, SalesLoft, etc.
Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft
A team player with an infectiously positive "do what it takes" attitude with the ability to inspire passion in others
