Job Description

Square’s Business Systems team works cross functionally with F&A and Hardware to keep our company up and running. We’re looking for a Head of Financial Applications to act as product owner and internal customer success manager for Square’s expanding portfolio of finance/supply chain applications on Oracle ERP. In this role, you would manage a team of developers, product managers, and product analysts to lead our migration from on-prem to Oracle Cloud, while working collaboratively with business leaders across the organization.

You will:

  • Lead the charge in completing the Oracle Cloud migration
  • Advocate for the Oracle ERP Finance, Supply Chain platform to the business
  • Identify new Oracle ERP platform features and capabilities that support the roadmap and work with Finance, Supply Chain teams to determine their eligibility
  • Lead Square’s ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices on the platform
  • Communicate details of fixes, enhancements and new capabilities on the platform to relevant internal business audiences

Qualifications

You have:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience (at least 5 years of people management experience)
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills with business and technical groups
  • Deep knowledge of the Oracle ERP platform
  • Experience with two or more of the following Oracle ERP applications: Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement
  • Experience with ITSM and project management tools
